Apartment was relatively clean on arrival.
A number of appliances in the apartment did not work or were broken during my 4 month lease. This included the washing machine, the toilet (several times), lights and even the main lock leading to the tenants being locked out of their own apartment!
The landlord would respond to complaints but take much longer than said to arrive and deal with the problem, sometimes not showing up at all and showing up several days later unannounced. This was especially frustrating due to reliance on items such as the bathroom and washer.
The landlord would also turn up unannounced and walk into the apartment without knocking or giving any warning to the tenants.
Do not use this landlord if you do not want everything breaking and having to constantly contact the landlord to arrange repairs.
