Very nice, spacious 5 1/2, lots of light, original mouldings, well cared for by the landlord, who lives downstairs. This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a triplex.
Landlord was very quick and responsive about repairs.
Unfortunately, he had a tendency to play his music very loud, which was an ongoing problem even after asking him to stop on many occasions.
He also was very unhappy about being refused a substantial rent increase, to the point of behaving in an aggressive and inappropriate manner.
