This place is run by an absentee landlord that talks a good game. He'll make it seem like he's an attentive landlord, but just wait until you find all the problems. There were bedbugs before I moved in and they never got rid of them properly. Same thing with a cockroach infestation on the 3rd floor.

During the winter it was 10 degrees Celcius and lower in my apartment and in many others. The shower did not work when I moved in and repairs were never fully completed. The balcony railing was extremely rusted and hanging off in places. This was never fixed despite repeated promises, The fire alarm went off constantly and there was constant cigarette smoke coming into my apartment even though this is advertised as a smoke-free building. The janitor is incompetent and will leave filthy handprints all over your apartment.

The janitor and landlord did not respect their tenants' right to privacy. Entering apartments whenever they felt like it and taking pictures without permission. The landlord also regularly sends threatening messages and threatens to evict tenants to do repairs if they complain.
