Very old building. Very badly insulated against noise. You will hear neighbours up, down, left, and right. You will hear them pee, fart, and talk on the phone. Horrible. Of course, when you visit, everyone is out. One appartment is opposite the depanneur/convenience store, and you will be woken up from 7am, even on weekends. Landlord is easily reachable by phone, reassuring at first, but you will realise it's all tall. He is stingy about repairs - hires a friend that botches everything and needs to be redone every so often. Rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Neighborhood is residential and alright - not much action going on, but that's good or you would be hearing it from inside your apt. Convenience store opposite, and supermarket 2 blocks away.
