Very noisy, lots of people were blasting their music, sometime at night hours. Persistent cockroaches problem, my home appliances got contaminated, even if the building is being treated regularly. Very hot in the summer around 40-45 degrees, so you'll absolutely need an air conditioner, good thing is you don't pay the electricity. The concierge is pleasant but very forgetful, I really had to insist a lot to get anything done (took him two months to give me my mail box key). The company that manages this place (Gestion Immobilière Montréal) seems really messy; I had to sign the bail twice because the advertised price was wrong on the first one. They often gave the wrong day for the visit of the exterminator, which was annoying since you have to empty every cabinets and closets each time for nothing. They're also pretty hard to reach by phone, I ended up sending emails instead.

Good things are; my unit was completely renovated and pretty clean. Excellent location, near to Jarry metro station, lots of groceries stores and services nearby. Pay to use Washer/Dryer inside the building. Free wifi included.
