Extremely dirty. The building has been neglected for the longest time possible. There's a massive cockroach infestation in the whole building and the landlord doesn't take this issue seriously. He will fumigate one appartment at the time ( so the cockroaches always come back) and the waiting time before he does something about it is approximately a month so the cockroaches have already tripled by then. There's also mice in the apartments.

The walls are like papers you can hear the neighbors like they were in your apartment. There's one janitor but we can't contact him directly, for some reason it has to be the landlord that contacts him so if there's an issue we have to wait. Certainly one of the worst apartment buildings in Montreal. I'm lucky I didn't get sick from how dirty it was.
