The area is very nice and the price was really cheap.
This building has rats, and the management pretends they don''t exist. We had them coming in though our kitchen.
When we first arrived, the apartment we had originally leased wasn''t even ready, with no toilet or kitchen installed, and a plywood floor. they had promised that it would be ready the month before.
When we finally gave our notice of non-renewal, they showed up with no notice to show the apartment, once unlocking the door while I was undressing. The management is all over the place, with the person in charge of repairs changing all the time, so you never have the right number to call.
Avoid this building at all costs, the price isn''t worth it!
