Landlord asks for checks up front.
After he gets your checks he is barely seen again.
Takes awhile for him to come down and fix anything.
The gas heat is included but is barely turned up.
This place is so cold in the winter, you some how wish that the heat could be controlled by you.
You can hear noise from everyone clearly through the walls.
When I had asked for paint he said it was painted 2 years ago and he thinks it looks fine.
I have actually gotten a splinter or 2 in my feet from the wood floors which really need to be replaced.
