Right between campus and the marche.
Really good price for the space.
Awesome landlord, super chill and friendly. Really cool guy.
House is heated by oil heating. That can get very expensive.
Get some electrical heaters, it ends up being cheaper than oil. The house receives little light. It''s great during the summer as it keeps the house cool but you may need to turn the lights on during the day.
