It used to be a great place but with the arrival of new management maintenance, repairs and workmanship are very poor. The thermal insulation is almost non existent, thus we are getting big hydro bills during winter months.
Beware of the fees: There is no room for new bicycles on the bicycle rack and if you are lucky to get a spot you will have to pay about $10/month/bike. There are lockers which are very small and each have a price of $25/month. Garage it's OK - the current price is $200/month/car.
Neighbors are good and polite. Doormen are great too.
