They don't operate in good faith. They demanded the first cheque a few days after seeing the apartment (nearly 6 weeks before even moving in and the current tenants were still living in the unit!) We found a better, affordable, appartment closer to downtown the same day. When we asked for our deposit back, both building caretakers (Grant and Stan) were mysteriously "no-shows". Grant didn't even show up when we handed in the deposit. The whole thing was so sketchy we ended up going to the bank, and paying extra to make sure the payment wouldn't go through by declaring it lost. YOU CAN'T TRUST THESE GUYS. If they're that unreliable already and only appear when it's time to collect money, RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! And not to mention the walls are painted a god-awful orange and dim green, like they got the paint from a discount section after Halloween! Yuck. They're apparently going to give us the money back in a week. Seems too little too late. Let's see...
