Stay away from this building. Completely infested with mice . Many people moving out due to the infestation. Anyone moving in will be moving out quick. Make sure you know your rights about living in unsanitary conditions.

The building is full of trash near the laundry room. Never fully taken out. The intercom system has been broken since December. No way for any of the tenants to buzz anyone in. You physically have to go down stairs and open the door. Total dangerous situation if you have a medical emergency and no way to let the ambulance drivers in or fire etc.. Landlord does not care. Needless to say we will not be renewing our lease. Its ghetto not even to have a working intercom system.

Used to be a good building. In the last few years its really gone down hill. The amount of garbage in the entrance old furniture,and garage is unreal. Stuff left from previous tenants and never thrown away. Its depressing going to do laundry in the garage area and all you see is piles of garbage that's been sitting there for years also broken appliances stored. Its awful. Our lease expires in the winter we will not renew. BEFORE renting really check out the garbage situation and see if you want to come home to that everyday after work.

The comunity is safe and quiet. It is homely and convenient with shpping center place to live and traveling area. Family space and gardening. Great parking space and entertainment and nice surrounding.

good location, quiet neighbourhood, close to ammenities, clean building, great janitor/landlord
building isn''t cleaned (swept, mopped, etc.) regularly
definitely agree with other comment about outside of building; requires improvements (balcony railings, lawn, etc.) but otherwise a great neighbourhood to live in and a great building to live in!

Relatively good when it comes to doing major repairs. The janitor is really friendly and I love the location and apartment itself.
The janitor (person to whom you pay rent, does repairs, etc.) has entered my apartment a few times without letting me know. His intentions were always well and nothing ever went missing, but it is a question about privacy and safety.
Please continue improving the building''s outer beauty..it''s a great place to live but you cannot tell from the first glance!
Overall, I love this place and the rent is affordable!
