Do not rent here. The building has a infestation of mice and roaches. The mice work overtime creating new holes in the wall. The balcony had a big hole was not safe. Indoor parking had a slope that was never salted in winter. Mice was crawling all over us at night and was the worst experience I had in my life. I don't know how people have lived there for years. They give crap mice traps after days of begging for it. And knock on your door right at the 1st for rent unless it's the sabbath. They gave me a lease with things crossed out and they rewrote over it. The laundry room was disgusting.

do not rent this apartment at any cost. the building has a million rats, bedbugs and the landlord does not care.. infact the only time you see him is on 1 st of every month.
