- The building is clean.
- Near a lot of different buses stop.
- The penthouse are more quiet.
- Heating is included (hot water).
- The superintendent is often too busy with his family to help you out.
- There are 3 washers and dryers for more than 40 apartments.
- There is no respect of privacy and security from the managing Company: they came in my apartment without giving me any notice when I wasn''t there. I discovered someone in my apartment doing work when I came back home. The work wasn''t an emergency and this break-in wasn''t justified. Often when then came in to make repairs they didn''t lock the door when leaving.
Be sure to check the apartment you will be renting before moving in and not another one: Some have hardwood floors which are nice and some have carpets and some of them are gross.
