Do youself a favor and do not put yourself through the awful living conditions I did while living in this apartment. This building is ridiculously dirty, loud, run-down, old and overall gross. The landlord never completed one of the MANY repairs needed, nor could you ever get in contact with him. The elevator broke down several times a week. DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT.
