Apartment and building infested with mice and insects.
The hallways are dirty and smell like garbage.
The concierge promises repairs but never happens then she screams at you.

Good points:
-The neighborhood
-Affordable rent

Bad points:
-You'll probably have to share your apartment with mice.
-Repairs are either never done or not well done after months of calling the landlord and screaming at them.
-They'll promise you that all the repairs and renovations will be done before you move in, but that's not gonna happen. It'll take a month before you can really enjoy your apartment.
-The building is a bit dirty and they don't take out the trash as often as they should.

Problems: - Mean concierges, ex: they will yell on the phone.
- This place came with mice.
- Building overall not very clean, dirty floors and staircases.
- Some repairs are not well executed.
- Non-smoking building, no dogs allowed. There are dogs and smokers in this building.
- It takes a long time to get anything fixed.

Good sides: - Proximity
- Price affordable
- Well heated in winter
- No shortage of hot water
- Multicultural
