I lived in Gavin’s unit for almost 3 years. He is very friendly, extremely responsive, and unit is in top shape. He was very accommodating when I needed to move out, and the building was easy to move in and out of. The rent is very fair and was not raised throughout my stay. Overall I would give both the unit and landlord 5 stars
