The landlord MT was not very responsive to repair issues. The hallway was very dirty.
There is a consistently garbage in front of the building.

Big place, good location, price is decent for the size.
Mold, poor ventilation in first bathroom, cracks in widows etc so requires a lot of heat in the winter which could be very costly on your hydro bill, the structure of the house is old so you can hear all the noises from other tenants. Also there is a 9 pm curfew imposed by other tenants since you can hear everything. Insects are also an issue due to the cracks so the house needs to have an exterminator come in every so often.
