Landlord is excellent! Easy to work with in both French and English; accessible via phone and email on demand; constantly working on upkeep in and around the building; fair and approachable

Apartment is spacious, clean, and temperature control is excellent. There''s no air conditioning, but in the basement it naturally regulates itself as 6 degree cooler than outdoors in the summer. And in the winter, heating keeps apartment at room temperature. Minimal noise from neighbours or other apartment tenants.
Washer and Dryer are not in the apartment, but are available upstairs with the other tenants. There is only one washer and dryer, but it is not difficult to do laundry when you want. The only downside is that you have to go outside and then into the upstairs units to access the machines. $1.50 per load in both washer and dryer.
Good location in Concordia area; close to metro and bus routes. Easy walk to universities, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants.
