The management (Cogir Real Estate) is difficult to deal with as they're rude and unhelpful and the price keeps increasing every year by almost 2%

_Frequently broken elevators
-Too much noise for fixing the elevators
-Expensive laundry ($2.60 for washing a big load / $2.25 Dryer) with the low washing time 46 min for a big load!!!!!
-The swimming pool has been closed for renovation and there is no time frame for reopening.
-Too many people living in a small room to save money that creates a very bad odor in hallways.
- Rude and unprofessional management staff.
- Most of the packages delivered by Amazon or Post Canada have been stolen because there is NO security camera.

Would not recommend!!

The management (Cogir Real Estate) is difficult to deal with as they're rude and unhelpful.

The apartment complex has many issues:
-Cockroach infestations (Quarterly pest control appointments)
-Broken elevator (200 units share 1 elevator across 21F - that's a 3min wait on average, take the stairs if it's rush hours, because it'll take 15mins)
-Water stoppage (Pipe infrastructure is falling apart, they stop the water almost on a bi-weekly basis)
-Garage in maintenance since 2016

Would not recommend to anyone

The apartment is infected by cockroaches, many apartments are contaminated. You will find it everywhere, in your kitchen, in your clothes, on the bed.
The management office is the worst. They treat people badly.

I don't recommend it at all, many people complain and a lot went to court for unresolved issues.
