This landlord wants to sell, and has been wanting to sell for 5+ years, so you will have visits from potential buyers every week, and you have very little rights in saying no, basically if they give you 24 hour notice, you have to comply!
All repairs you have to take care of on your own, and paybacks are not done in a timely manner at all!
Moving in and out of this place is also a hassle, since it needs to be on a weekday, you cannot move on the weekends at all or else the building manager will call the cops on you, a piece of info the landlord failed to tell me before signing the lease!
