It''s cheap
House infested with mold avoid at all cost a defect on a wall near the bathroom window lets water in the wall when its raining. The result is a huge mold infestation during summer and bad isolation during winter. Also a bad neighborhood people are really shady and scream at night
I had an inspector come over and he also notified me that the electric instalations and the foundations were unsafe and needed imediate care. He also notified me that the water heater was rusted and that the isolation of the basement floor was not good.
