The previous building owner was great. Now it’s owned by CAPREIT and quality of service has dropped sharp. The elevators barely work, good luck if you live in higher floors. Every month avg the fire alarm goes off. Used to allow dogs and apparently now they don’t but not sure. You have to pay a locksmith if you loose your keys, they won’t open for you. They closed the garbage chutes so you have to go down for garbage and recycling. Rent isn’t cheap so I look around other options before choosing this building.
