Great space to live in. Big six and a half. Beautiful lighting. easy access. 139 bus not to far away. 10 minutes away from métro pie 9.
The reason of leaving was the house wasn''t insulated. We ended up with 2.000$ bill for eight months of living... Very dangerous neighborhood, lots of prostitution and drugs exchange and commerce.. needles on the street. Lots of poverty. Landlord sends handyman to do job but he his not a Professional worker in construction or any sorts of plumbery.. Price is somewhat reasonable for 6 and half but considering hydro and lack insulation did not work for us. We tried to address it with landlady but didn''t want to do anything about it. Try to go to the regie and it''s a lot of work...
No insulation whatsoever.. I think the building had burned few years ago but they considered the esthetic over the proper repairs including insulation. Not a bad landlady but very shady in lights of not doing proper repairs and leaving tenants in the dark about things that do concern them.
