Mr. Lanouette was my first and only Landlord. I don''t know if he still owns the place. The apartment was also very nice! I lived there for almost 7 years when I was a student and young adult. He renovated the place while I lived there. It was very affordable. Mr. Lanouette even made recommendations when I bought my condo and let me break my lease so I could move into to my new place.
I highly recommend him as a landlord!
