nice apartment. lots and lots of space.
landlords may sell the block to someone less crazy.
the landlords are lousy and agressive. they tend to insult tenants for no reason. they are not available when needed. never payed for any repairs after our initial 3 month rent deposit was used (what was supposed to be included in the lease was never done by the landlords). one small water heater for the full floor (2 apartments sharing it).constant noise from the restaurant aeration and clim systems.
