A bit pricey for the area (~1150/mo) for an open loft, but a great living space. 1000 square foot living space with another ~800 square foot basement.
A bit noisy, especially with the AirBNB in the tiny space being rented out next door.
Landlord has a nasty habit of entering the apartment either himself or his workers without legally required 24hr notice.
Amazing generously sized bathroom with claw footed tub and separate shower stall.
Fridge, stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher included.
Be careful with proposed rent increases, my first year there, he proposed a hefty increase, I rejected it, we went to the regie and it was found that he was fudging his numbers in his favor, eventually got an increase of just over half what he originally asked for.
