always had good communication and easy to talk. She replace the bathroom by time we were there, and was completed in time. Never hear anything about misbehavior. Had a great time there, needed to move out for bigger space.
no parking directly, but having good spot in the street right ahead. no dryer/washer in building.
Little tiny for a 3 1/2. bedroom and salon in same room.
Would say more of a 2 1/2. For 1 person.
