Vincent responds promptly to major repair needs. His attitude is friendly and professional.
Some repairs will not well done due to a bad handyman for an ongoing period.
Cosmetic repairs were often left undone - painting rusted metal and repainting ceiling after repairs.
Overall a good renting experience, particularly with backyard and basement perks.
Neighbours are nice too. Very french area. Not very hip, but working class and non-pretentious.
