Awesome location and huge units is the best part of the apartment. Rented above garage so pretty cold in one of bedroom in the winter. Cockroach problem since we moved in, not addressed very well at all. Everybody smokes in the building even the construction workers, you can even smell it coming into your apartment from the apartment beside us. Washer and dryer are absolutely horrible, don't even waste your time buying the tokens. Apartment lobby is always very dusty and dirty. Connie(superintendent) is a really nice lady and if the cockroach problem had been subsided we may have got one of the renovated units which are beautiful.

Very old and dingy building, no noise insulation.
There is always some construction work going on, too much dust and noise.
Building has cockroaches and my apartment smelled like cigarettes because my neighbors were smoking(paradise for smokers) and hell for non smokers :P.

Apartment has zero noise insulation. Everyone is very noisy. You will hear conversations from the apartment next door. Apartment itself is very old. Negative experience overall, would not recommend.
