The manager does not do any work around the building properly. When you go for renting the apartment she is all nice but after that you never receive any service needed. She is very clever and tricky and always buys time from you , but she doesn’t help at all . I don’t know how I ended up in there . Anyway I’m getting out of there soon if she continues like this. The apartment is full of cockroaches and other bugs. The apartment is too hot especially in the middle of the night even though you turn down the heating. The water, the refrigerator ,the oven nothing works properly and guess what ? The technician comes after weeks & months of suffering and trying to convince you by yelling at you along with his nonsense logic that all is well ? Please DO NOT GO THERE to rent , save your time and energy. Most of all you will never see or be contacted by the owner (who doesn’t even provide a contact email) at all ! What kind of ghostly apartment building is it in the heart of downtown I wonder ! It’s a shame .

Not a very professional staff.
Avoid this place if your budget allows.
While not completely unlivable, the elevators are sometimes smelly, not very well maintained and staff while not impossible - but difficult to deal with.
Overall - a 2.5 star rating.

Great price for the area, close to everything.
Repairs take an eternity and are done in the cheapest most temporary way possible.
