This building is full of cockroaches. This problem started during the summer of 2019. We informed the owner instantly. They visited our unit the week after and utilized some useless traps. A few months later, the problem was becoming worse and worse. The staff of a company (I think ABC) have tried to treat our problem more than 10 times up until now that I'm writing this review. Surprisingly, we are still living among these cockroaches.
I have to get rid of my microwave, toaster, and basically, all my kitchen appliances while this damn contract ends in March.
If you respect yourself, do not come here for a living.

able to pay rent a little late when needed
Very little english/french. very hard to communicate with the admin staff. lengthy process.
