I've had every single problem you can imagine. I would not live in the building even if they cut my rent in half and Ive had to break my lease because I didnt feel safe at all. Cockroaches infestation, salubrity problems, shady neighbors (prostitutes, drug dealers, weirdoes etc.), running water not drinkable (theres rust in it or whatever), mail got stolen, front door broke into, drunk smelly homeless regularly sleep in the lobby on the floor and when you call to report it the person on the phone is super rude. One of the worse thing is the fire alarm that goes on in the middle of the night you have to go wait outside for the fireman to show up for hours in your pyjamas. Theres no concierge in the building so they dont look after the building. They show up only in case of extreme emergencies. Badly isolated (I had ice inside my appartment during period of extreme cold). When I told them they went for a dumb fix. Appartments are not adapted for A/C so you cant install one. And the list goes on... I say this for public good: DO NOT RENT AN APPARTMENT THERE!!!

Asks for deposits for keys and laundry card but you get no refund when you leave and deposits are illegal! 20$ if you forget your key in your place. Stay away from this place.

Loctaed right beside PA Supermarche.
Expensive. They ask for key deposits and landry card deposits, which is illegal and they will not give you back the money when the lease is up. They also do not do repairs in a timely manner.
