A really expensive place for having cockroach! In the kitchen, the bathroom but also in your room ! The landlord just knows how to say I will fix it... She would be nice but when problems come she will never answer you. This place makes me sick.

Avoid at all cost!
The landlord ignores most of the text and calls about repairs!
Never does anything on time!
She comes only to collect her money and disappears as fast as lightning.
If you don't want to suffer DON'T COME NEAR THIS PLACE!

DO NOT RENT ANY ROOM IN THIS BUILDING.
The landlord is sweet on your face, but non responsive. The handyman is old and rude. The house is 200 years old and required a lot of repairs but the landlord isnt willing enough to invest anything.
Only benefit of living here is having the luxury of walking down to PA (20 seconds away) but not worth it!!!!!!!
