The landlord never do the reparations on the appartement. Never do anything. He has a big mouth always shouting after his wife. When you are outside on your porsche and they are outside, he is shouting really loud for make you go inside. Really not logic, my cat escaped once, and he sprayed her because he doesn''t want cats on his yard, but we are in Montreal and he thinks by spraying cats with a really hard spray, will make them never coming back. He is a really mean person, I don''t recommend him at all. It is cost a lot of electricity per month.
There is no natural light on this appartement same if we are at the second floor. The landlord is totally crazy.
