Previous landlord was doing a pretty decent job. He was not the most open person but he was there for his tenants. Since his son bought the building (or maybe given by his father) it's less not the same. He got some attitude like everything is own to him. I would not say that you should not rent here, but if you do, be prepare to deal with a strange person.
