The apartment itself is good, well situated near the 24 bus and not far from Frontenac metro.
The apartment isVERY poorly isolated from noise, both external and inside the building- I had to sleep with earplugs almost every night.
The landlord is NEVER available, takes weeks to carry out any kind of repairs, did not even provide salt to de-freeze the stairs (a major safety concern!) and blatantly ignores any rules or regulations of the Régie du logement.
I do NOT recommend renting from this landloard at all! Watch out, he has many apartments in the Fullum + Sherbrooke area.
Definitely avoid him!
