Fully furnished place, really close to metro, buses, grocery, laundromats, everything basically. Great location, but that's the only pros.
Landlady is nice enough but the walls are paper thin - you may as well live with the tenant next door, you can hear normal conversations, a sneeze, everything. The neighbour next door was horrible to deal with, blew cigarette smoke into my windows, which I am allergic to, would blast music and vacuum at 6am, let her cats in the stairwell which pissed on the carpet and gave my cats fleas several times (costing me hundreds in medication to treat,) if I tried to speak to her she resorts to verbal abuse, if I write the landlord she retaliates with noise, banging on the walls, etc.
The windows were also supposed to be replaced...3 times the landlord sets a date for the work, all 3 times they never show and I am not contacted that the work was cancelled, after taking the days off work to allow entry to the apartment (the 1st floor neighbour was also left with a window taken out of the wall, as the one time the workers showed, they left halfway through.) The 4th time she calls for work to be done is when I'm moving.
The bedroom window was too drafty and cost too much for that size apartment to stay warm in the winter...and once the heater stops heating, it gets freezing and damp in the room.
An exhausting, stressful stay.
