I have lived in this building for 5 years, and am so happy I found this place. The landlord is wonderful and everything I have ever asked of him has been done in a timely manner. The landlord also always makes sure my things are safe, especially if I'm away for an extended period of time. The building is clean and quiet, with occasional noise from upstairs neighbours (but I realize I live in an apartment!). My Neighbours are great, and I've become good friends with many of them over the years. Very safe building (the landlords daughter used to live next to me), and all the security measures are in place, as I know he wouldn't have let her live here otherwise. The only downsides are: There are no pets allowed , with cats being the absolute only exception, and thinning insulation in the floors and walls as it is an older building (it's still very warm in the winter though!).

Landlord has harassed me since the first week including making aggressive sexually explicit comments.
Attempted illegal eviction.
Building poorly maintained, mold, leaky pipes and sections of wall missing, covered with duct tape & duct tape painted over to conceal.
Rents mostly to women in late teens early twenties, charges more if you are dating/in a couple.
