building is in great location and is affordable
building management is very bad, manager ignores rental laws, makes up new ones on the spot, also very hostile towards handicapped people. They also charge illegal fees for key deposits
staff is a skeleton staff, no janitor, 2 maintenance men, a technical worker, a cleaner and a manager
garage and stairwells are disgustingly filthy and never checked
manager plays favorites with tenants and has vendettas against tenants who complain the the rental laws are not being followed
