Terrible place!!
You will hear everything in the building! Other tenants, cars in basement garage, and neighbourhood - not quiet at all!!
Cockroaches, mice, smokers, disrespectful pet owners
Not a secure building.
Management does not care, tells you to call police about any complaints
Balconies are small and shared, tenants smoking.
Cold with no control of heat.

Poor building managenent. Landlord barely responds and with a huge delay. Concierge is super unhelpful and never does anything about any issues.
A lot of noise in the building and the surroundings. Children yelling loudly outside everyday. Neighbors smoke marijuana and sing, talk very loudly on balcony at any time of the day. Broken entrance stairs are not being repaired. Constant extremely loud renovations.
