Moved away this year right after BEDBUGS started in my apt (though I'd heard they had been in others, I did not experience them until after about 10 months in). I was on the bottom floor and the upstairs neighbours listened to music extremely loudly at all hours, no sound insulation. I could hear my upstairs neighbours snoring at night. Avoid.

Started out fine.. Apartments are old and worn though. However once the BEDBUGS started everything started falling apart, including the apartment! Had to throw out thousands of dollars worth of furniture. Landlord and manager never actually wanted to solve any problems or fix anything in the apartment. We went through the whole winter with no heating! Landlord was dismissive and arrogant. They also didn't seem to care whom they rented out the apartments to. Loud neighbors, loud music 12h a day and night, unfriendly atmosphere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I moved away from the about 2 years ago because of the disgusting recurrent BED BUG problem. The owner/landlord are within their rights because they do call in exterminators, but its hard to control seeing as there are 40 units in this building, and they continuously come back. I regularly see mattresses outside this building for the garbage. He refused to compensate me for my mattress and couch. Also, the appt wasn''t ready when he said it would be and was disgusting (despite promises that it would be cleaned).
