Lots of sun in the appartment (huge windows), price all included (internet, furniture, etc), close to everything (groceries, shopping centres, libraries, etc), you have the control of the heat in each room.
Noisy, incompetent administration, washers often broken, they don''t respect intimacy (they sometimes come in without much warning).
