Positifs:
- L'appartement est très bien isolé
- Les réparations sont généralement effectuées dans la semaine qui suit
- Garde de sécurité de 19h00 à 7h00
- Les électroménagers sont changés s'ils sont vieux.
Négatifs:
- Laveuses/Sécheuses = dispendieux
- Certains sols d'appartement sont couverts de tapis
- La lumière de la toilette est fusionnée à la fanne
