The landlord acquired all the buildings on the street.
They do a good communicating job.
They repaired my broken window for free and repainted the whole apartment when I arrived.
The paint job they did for free was not the best.
I heard bad things about the landlord but not in my experiences (especially towards the commerces)
I got my motorcycle vandalized twice in the street during a single year. My neighbour found his motorcycle not on its wheels a couple of times too.
