I loved living at this address. The location is great, right next to the Promenade Masson. A lot of bars and restaurants at walking distance. There's 67 bus right in front that goes to Joliette Station and Saint Michel Station.
The landlords are really nice. They reacted quickly when there was something and the communication was quick, friendly and polite. The block is well maintained and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2018.
Note: The home appliances are not included
This is a good place for a couple or professional.
