The owner looked nice at first but I quickly realized that he doesn’t fulfill his promises.
Before signing he said he did repairs right away. It’s completely false. I waited months for a repair which was never done
When I decided to move out he would come in to the apartment without previous warning. For all I know, I could have been naked in my room he didn’t care
He never cleaned the common areas: stairs, entrance, etc, windows in the stairwell: everything was filthy, except when someone from the bank visited, then he would clean: once a year.
Make sure he writes things down, or simply rent somewhere else, even better
I remember a repair in the shower where he refused to put a new piece, put a used one instead ( cost about 3$ )
