Great location and concierge but the owner is not caring for his building correctly, The common areas are filthy, my unit was filthy when I got it. Worst was the cockroaches... I had them and they are ALL over the building from talking to other tenants. Would not recommend it.

Bed bugs, cockroaches in building. Landlord does not care maintain well. FILTH everywhere...

It is a lovely place with a lot of charm and a great location.
Maintenance on the building is suffering. Elevator broken for 4 months last Summer. Washer and Dryer are frequently malfunctioning.
