The rent is cheap compared to most apartments ive looked at in NDG and the location is great. I have access to pretty much everything from walking distance which is amazing.
The caretaker is not the quickest at repairs or needs.. The landlord is quite slow with demands as well (ex. need a new fridge and im still waiting..).
