It was most like a garbage when they gave us the appointment, right now they are doing some construction and will not let us go or give us a rent reduction

It's crazy, The floor under my feet is shaking. they are doing construction all over the day Monday to Friday! Lot of electric demolition Hammers working on the building, they will not let us to break the contract and move to other building, the construction will continue until the end of 2022!!!!!!!!!

there are some one who are hammering all the time even over midnight we as more than 10 neighbours talked to the landlord several times but she did nothing in this regard, you are on your own when make this big mistake to come to this building

There are some scrap elevators and one of them is super noisy as you can hear it in all over the salon and it does not look safe that much and when we complain about it they turn it off for a while then after a few days it will be turned on again they are not going to fix it. You can never see them fix something as they should, just wrap up.

The worst place I've ever lived, so cold! So noisy! Broken elevators! If something is broken in your apartment it takes like ages to be fixed

One of the concierges is the most rude person I have ever met. I should’ve listened to all those negative google reviews, that you can’t see anymore, before moving there. I moved here in September (we are now in December) and they still haven’t changed the kitchen floor and the oven like they said they would. I called the main office to complain about different things and was never able to talk to anyone. No one ever called me back. It’s impossible to reach people that are above the concierges and the concierges are useless and rude. Don’t move there please!!! Save yourself trouble. I could go on and on forever about multiple things that happened to us since we move here, only 4 months ago.

I am living in this apartment. The heating is very bad. In the living room and bedroom, it is between 8 and 10 degree. I asked the janitor several times to fix this. But nothing to do until now. So, I suggest that not to chose this apartment. This is my experience.

I stayed there for 4 years. Heating is not enough and you have to use your extra heater, means extra hydro. Heating is not started unless more and more people start complaining. Janitors are not cooperative, rude and unprofessional. Most importantly, they made their own lease paper putting extra conditions which is not allowed in QC. They do not allow lease transfer. Many people including myself had to pay for months even after moving out. They charge sublet application fee of $100 in cash and reject application based on arbitrary reasons. Specially, students and new comers are their victims.

Disgusting!! Recieved bed bugs 1 month after living here! 3 other apartments were treated for bed bugs during the same week. This building is infested! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, VERY RUDE! I witnessed the lady from the office removing all ads from the laundry room that stated poeple wanted to sublease their apartment. This building makes up their own rules and believes it is illegal to sublease an apartment. Overall horrible experience. Do your research on this building before coming!!

Living at 7400 Sherbrooke was horrible! There is a lady in the office who threatened to "hit" my dog with her keys if I didnt hold him close enough (my dog is a chihuahua). She refuses to do any reparations in the building, she refuses to allow tenants to sublease their appartments which is illegal. She is very rude, aggressive and the main reason why I would strongly NOT recommend this building!!

Regular maintenance and extermination if requested. I've had some repairs done in the same day after calling. Not enough heating in the winter. Good soundproof, several bus lines around the building.

Good location, with 4 bus routes nearby
Took them 3 months to fix leaking in our bathroom. Wouldn''t return our phone calls.
